Good Gamer Entertainment Inc. and UrbanLogiq Mutually Terminate Agreement
Vancouver, BC – December 9, 2024 – Good Gamer Entertainment Inc. (the “Company”) (TSXV: GOOD, OTCQB: GGAMF), a technology company at the forefront of AI-driven content generation and digital advertising, announces that it has mutually agreed with CommunityLogiq Software Inc. (dba UrbanLogiq) (“UrbanLogiq”) to terminate their previously announced Master Services and License Agreement dated March 5, 2024.
The Agreement, originally established to grant Good Gamer an exclusive, worldwide license for UrbanLogiq’s Risk Management Platform, has been terminated effective December 5, 2024. Both parties have agreed to terms that include the release of all claims and the return or deletion of any shared confidential information and materials.
As part of the mutual termination, UrbanLogiq has committed to repay a portion of the prepaid fee amounting to CAD $50,000 in two installments by December 20, 2024. The balance of the prepaid fee has been forgiven, subject to the assignment of the related debt to UrbanLogiq. Both companies remain focused on their respective business objectives and part ways amicably.
